We are based out of Castle Rock, CO and still owned and managed by one of the original principals. We are proud to be a family company that values relationships and small business. FNFC is a correspondent or an approved lender for several major insurance companies, banks, and many other capital sources. Although focused in the Rocky Mountain Region, we regularly and consistently procure, processes and close loans on commercial leased buildings in all geographic areas of the United States.
