Boutique law firm specializing in Employment Law for businesses as well as individuals.  We handle issues such as harassment, discrimination, wage and hour issues, non-compete agreements, wrongful termination, agreements for the protection of confidential information and trade secrets, Family & Medical Leave Act, reasonable accommodations of disabilities, and much more.  We also draft employment agreements and employee handbooks.   In addition we provide mediation services to assist people in resolving workplace disputes in order to avoid lawsuits.   Finally, we also provide training on a variety of topics for businesses and associations.  Cynthia's signature program is called "Creating A Respectful Workplace".
