Rosalie Chamberlain is the Director of Rosalie Chamberlain Consulting & Coaching. She is skilled leadership and executive coach and consultant, having worked with a broad range of corporate, government, and private industries, both national and international. Additionally, she is a nationally recognized speaker and program facilitator. Rosalie has more than 18 years of coaching experience working with individuals and groups on leadership development, team building, talent management, career transitions, and helping organizations become successful and inclusive environments.

She specializes in helping leaders obtain leadership mastery and enhance or develop critical skills that maximize the talent of the workforce of their organization, as well as identify and understand any potential blocks and beliefs that hinder progress.

Rosalie specializes in leadership assessment and effectiveness, multicultural competencies, leadership influence, talent management, organizational culture and managing and leveraging diverse talent. She has unique experience with respect to organizational culture, having worked with multicultural organizations with complex diversity and inclusion challenges to develop and implement strategies, behaviors and best practices for building inclusive organizations.

She is the author of Conscious Leadership in the Workplace: A Guidebook to Making a Difference One Person at a Time (2016). Dan Streeter is the Principal of IMPART Learning Solutions, which develops and delivers life-changing learning experiences for youth, teachers and the corporate world.

He will be speaking on one of the following topics:  The Art of the 21st Century Sale for Businesses OR How Easy Is It To Do Business With You?

As an expert in learning, instructional design and presentation delivery his company has designed learning experiences for several of the most innovative educational programs in the United States including ElevateUSA, the National Leadership Academy, Project Helping, Meeting One and well known authors such as Tommy Spaulding, Tim Brown and Stephen McGhee.

Dan’s extensive public speaking background includes presentations to thousands of business leaders and students across the country.  This public speaking experience also helped Dan to successfully lead in a variety of roles in The Kent Group, where Dan served as VP of Sales and Marketing and then, as a divisional president successfully managing a staff of over 120 people.

As a High School teacher he was the recipient of numerous awards including being named the 9News Teacher Who Cares Award Winner, Colorado Teacher of the Year Nominee, Leaders Challenge Sponsor of the Year and was even awarded the coveted title of “Mr. Bear Creek”, among others.

Dan has also served as the principal at Flagstone Elementary. Flagstone rated as an ‘A’ school and was named as the 5280 Top Elementary Schools in and around Denver and is one of only three schools in Colorado to win the 2012 United States Department of Education’s Inaugural Green Ribbon Award. The Green Ribbon Award was presented to Flagstone based on their exceptional sustainability efforts and an innovative one-of-a-kind course created by Dan and his staff called “The Future of Energy and Sustainability” for all students grades K-6.
